Afterglow Beauty Lounge is more than a salon—it’s a space where beauty and business thrive. Inspired by our grandmother Sylvia’s legacy of strength and resilience, we built Afterglow to empower beauty professionals to be their own bosses and grow in a supportive community.

Sylvia, a mother and teacher who raised multiple generations with love and determination, taught us the power of independence. Though she passed in 2024, her spirit lives on in every artist we uplift and every client who walks out glowing.

At Afterglow, beauty is just the beginning.

🦁 Leo Energy in Full Effect – Bold, passionate, and fiercely independent, Chantel is the heart of Afterglow. With over a decade of experience in the beauty industry, she built this lounge to be a home for creatives, a launchpad for beauty bosses, and a space where anyone can step into their glow.

💖 A Business Built on Family & Community – Afterglow isn’t just a salon—it’s a vision she shares with her cousin and business partner, Michelle, who helps bring the brand to life. Together, they’ve created a space where beauty pros can thrive and clients can feel their best.

👩‍👦 More Than a Boss—She’s a Mom First – Chantel is also a dedicated single mom to Zai, balancing business and motherhood with grace, hustle, and a whole lot of heart.
